Be Friends with Your Emotions
Welcome to the Emotions Awareness Campaign Website
Emotions are wonderful things; they can take us to heights but unfortunately to the depths as well. It might be that the same emotions keep re-surfacing and taking over the emotional landscape, such as fear, anger, or remorse. It might be that something has happened in a person’s life and they are overwhelmed with their emotional reaction.
Emotional
Health Awareness Day
Emotional Health Awareness Day (EHAD) is being held on the 24th of February 2022, as this marks the date that Family Links, the Centre for Emotional Health was formed 25 years ago.
On 24th February 1997, Family Links was established to encourage and teach nurturing and relationship skills through schools, families, and the wider community. Now 25 years later we are launching our first Emotional Health Awareness day and would like to invite everyone to think about their own emotional health and how they can support and develop it in others, whether in their family, in school, or in their workplace.

MY Psychology, Malaysia's 1st Psychology Educational Platform is officially launched on the 11th of January, 2014 to increase psychological literacy in the Malaysian public, and to use the power of the internet to raise awareness not just towards mental health issues, but to general knowledge of psychological concepts as well.
MY Psychology is now comprised of clinical psychologists, psychology graduates, and students who are passionate about the idea of an independent pool of knowledge, an ever-expanding amalgamation of input from various contributors. Currently, MY Psychology produces self-developmental psychology knowledge for the general public via online/offline medium and strive to feature quality psychology events to increase psychology literacy in the Malaysian community. MY Psychology has also produced daily info-graphs, albums (both the more thematically/theoretically oriented albums or self-reflection albums), articles, videos, and a series of digital psychology magazines.
